On October 11, 2010 French authorities arrested Callixte Mbarushimana, a Rwandan national who is the Executive Secretary of the Forces Démocratiques pour la Libération du Rwanda - Forces Combattantes Abacunguzi (FDLR-FCA), in response to a sealed arrest warrant issued by Pre-Trial Chamber I on September 28, 2010.
