In the Kenya case, the ICC has recently constituted Trial Chamber V, which will be responsible for trying the four suspects charged with crime against humanity. The chamber consists of Judge Obeo-Osuji, Judge Ozaki and Judge Christine Van Den. The ICC's release did not include any mention of when the Kenya trials will begin. In the Democratic Republic of the Congo case, this week the President of the DRC called for the arrest of Bosco Ntaganda, wanted for war crimes at the ICC. In his statement President Kabila expressed an intention for Ntanganda to be tried in the Congo. The ICC has not yet commented on this statement. Photo credit: NY Times, LA Times.
